Ok i haven't been the best at this forgive me please!!!
Breakfast yesterday i had Special K with my Big jug of water on the side lol
Lunch i had the party platter that has ham cheese and crackers like a lunchable pretty much
work out wise i got this Amazing game that you dance on the Wii the funniest game ever
i worked up a real sweat!!!
Dinner wise i made chicken with vegatable oil and chicken flavored rice
Snack wise i had chip ahoy cookies about 3-4 and eat grapes
Not to bad of eating but need to work out more and eat bigger lunchs!!!
