Why do I feel like the only one posting...

BECAUSE I AM THE ONLY ONE POSTING!!


Breakfast:  carnation choco, banana, natural PB and flax smoothie


Mid morning snack:  Trail mix (yes it includes m&ms)


Lunch:  LO pizza (moms from McKenzie), one cookie, carrots


Dinner:   Homemade Chicken taquitos with Spinach Salad, Pita chip & Bean Dip

Excersize:  None
