Breakfast: Carnation chocolate, banana, all natural PB with flax seed smoothie
Excersize: 3 miles on the treadmill (took 41 min)
Lunch: pirates booty, turkey sandwhich with spinach leaves
Snack: two cookies
Dinner: Lasgana, bread, and italian doughtnuts
So the cookies were not a good idea and dinner was heavy (we ate out and i always overeat when I eat out)
