Breakfast: 1 banana choco chip pancakes(with flax) and cocnut syrup
Lunch: LO Lasgana and zeppoli (italian doughnuts)
Snack: two kitkats (I knew when I ate them that I would regret having to post them)
Dinner: Thai food with brown rice and stir fry veges
