I made up for in the evening.
Breakfast & Lunch: Fasted for McCoy
Dinner: Stuffed Shells (included cheeses, spinach, & flax), carrots, grapes, and 2 breadsticks
Desseret: Mini oreo pudding pie
Snack: piece of cheese, toast, four cookies (have I mentioned I need to give these away)
And the treadmill officially needs a repair man
