Alrighty then!!! so where do i start i haven't really been at a computer in a couples of days
Ok so Yesterday (1-27-09)i eat Mulit Grain cheerios with Skim milk
Then for lunch i pretty much snacked on Sunbelt Granola bars
Dinner i drank some gatorade fruit punch then had cereal Cinnamon toast crunch :-(
Work out wise i just got this game called Just dance 2 i got a work out!! Did that for about 45-50mins
I know i need to Drink more water and more fruits and veggies!!!
It look like we have the same hatred against veges...what did our mother teach us?!
