Alas it was a good idea...

So I did love this idea of posting to help us be better about things, however it was hard to keep posting when all I was doing was reading my posts.  But how about my dear cousin join me in this venture?  It is hard for Emmer's because she is without a computer but what do you say cuz?  Try it out for a month and we will go from there?  I seriously need to do something because I wore a short sleeve shirt the other day and boy oh boy the arms are looking sad!  I do not want to be in sweatshirts all summer long ;)

OK ok i'm horrible at this!!!
My new goal til May is to work out as much as possible i have P90X. i plan to work out every day give or take a day off for soreness!! Swim suit body here i come

My eating habits have definitely gone down hill
So with that i plan to eat a very Hardy Breakfast eggs, wheat toast, and yogurt
Fruit and veggies for snacks i need to find out what will curve my appetite for sweets.
I just need to stick to Three meals a day that s all no over eating!!!
THis all begins MOnday wish me luck!!!! first day to beach body!!!

Kickin Trash...

Okay not so much me, but you do good with not eating alot.  It's not nutritiously dense food, but at least it's not a overeating problem you have.

Breakfast:  fat free cottage cheese

Lunch:  Brown rice with orange chicken and veges

Snack:  half tortilla cheesier, half tortilla with cinna & sugar and three marshmallows dipped in PB (wow I hate posting these things)

Dinner:  Egg bake (on mine and J's half I put veges and spinach) & fruit smoothie (sweetened with Stevia)

Dessert:  one cupcake
I'm Getting Better at this

Breakfast:Crepes with Strawberries and Whip cream with the Good oL Roommate

LUnch:Tomato Soup with saltine crackers thanks to the Great Mamma it was delicious

Snack had one cake bite from Sweet Tooth Fairy and a one cupcake Marble

Work out: Played a growling game of B Ball i need to practice, played a few rounds of the dance game on the wii!!!!

Dinner: had water and Crackers and cheese

My bad My bad

Ok i haven't been the best at this forgive me please!!!

Breakfast yesterday i had Special K with my Big jug of water on the side lol

Lunch i had the party platter that has ham cheese and crackers like a lunchable pretty much

work out wise i got this Amazing game that you dance on the Wii the funniest game ever
i worked up a real sweat!!!

Dinner wise i made chicken with vegatable oil and chicken flavored rice

Snack wise i had chip ahoy cookies about 3-4 and eat grapes
Not to bad of eating but need to work out more and eat bigger lunchs!!!

Breakfast:  carnation choco, banana, natural PB and flax smoothie


Mid morning snack:  Trail mix (yes it includes m&ms)


Lunch:  LO pizza (moms from McKenzie), one cookie, carrots


Dinner:   Homemade Chicken taquitos with Spinach Salad, Pita chip & Bean Dip

Excersize:  None

What I didn't eat in the morning...

I made up for in the evening.


Breakfast & Lunch:  Fasted for McCoy


Dinner:  Stuffed Shells (included cheeses, spinach, & flax), carrots, grapes, and 2 breadsticks

Desseret:  Mini oreo pudding pie


Snack:  piece of cheese, toast, four cookies (have I mentioned I need to give these away)


And the treadmill officially needs a repair man

Run It to The Ground...

Woke up and jumped on the treadmill (feeling guilty for the cookies and kitkat).  Got to a mile and a half and BOOM!!!  Blew a breaker.  Now my treamill won't work (great we just got it), but I feel like Heck yeah ran it to the ground (even though the treamill and I have only "bonded" three times).  Then I did 20 minutes of Bikini Ready WO video.


Breakfast:  fat free cottage cheese and peaches and water


Lunch:  turkey and cheese, doritos, & Brynn and I shared a small piece of cake and water


Snack:  two cookies (I gotta get these outta my house!) & a piece of cheese


Dinner:  Orange chicken and rice (half white half wheat) with stir fry veges and water

Now let's just hope we can get our treadmill working!

Ohh Stink...

Breakfast: 1 banana choco chip pancakes(with flax) and cocnut syrup


Lunch:  LO Lasgana and zeppoli (italian doughnuts)


Snack:  two kitkats (I knew when I ate them that I would regret having to post them)


Dinner:  Thai food with brown rice and stir fry veges

Alrighty then!!! so where do i start i haven't really been at a computer in a couples of days

Ok so Yesterday (1-27-09)i eat Mulit Grain cheerios with Skim milk

Then for lunch i pretty much snacked on Sunbelt Granola bars

Dinner i drank some gatorade fruit punch then had cereal Cinnamon toast crunch :-(

Work out wise i just got this game called Just dance 2 i got a work out!! Did that for about 45-50mins

I know i need to Drink more water and more fruits and veggies!!!

Already seeing improvment

Breakfast:  Carnation chocolate, banana, all natural PB with flax seed smoothie


Excersize:  3 miles on the treadmill (took 41 min)


Lunch:  pirates booty, turkey sandwhich with spinach leaves

Snack:  two cookies
Dinner:  Lasgana, bread, and italian doughtnuts

So the cookies were not a good idea and dinner was heavy (we ate out and i always overeat when I eat out)

The truth hurts

So my first posting of hopefully many is an ugly one.....


Breakfast:  ate LO macaronii at 11:30


Lunch:  Ate a hamburger and fries and some of the kids chicken nuggets then ate a cookie and had some of the girls slushie drink


Dinner:  LO egg bake (probably twice the seving amount I should have ate) with two pieces of the kids pizza & carrots and topped it off with 2 Cups of popcorn and rice krispie treats.


Excersize:  NOTHING!


Well I guess you gotta start somewhere because when you put it out there like that it looks horrible!  Em how are you gonna post what you eat when you do not have a computer?

I'm a NEwby At this!!!

Hey their Ladies and Gents mainly Ladies!!!

So this is my first blog, kinda nervous hope my typing and english skills are up to par!?! i thought i would first start telling you the reason for this glorious blog. I recently had been thinkin i need to get in better shape plus my best friend is getting married in May and i have a family vacation in Arizona. I gave my sister a call and through my fabulous idea at her of us shedding some pondage before our wonderful Va K!! She loved it of course she is always up for a challenege!!!
